COLLEGE SCUMBAGS

no matter what you do, don't come yelling at me for ranting today. i just want to complain about my college.

i dare say that i always defended anything/everyone neutrally (positively if possible) even if strongly negative comments come from my bestest friends. however, once you cross the line, i will no longer cover your dirt!

the following will be my rant about COLLEGE SCUMBAGS.

enchanted exam

while time permits me, i shall squeeze in a blog post or two now. exam is finally over, and the weekend begins, so semester break goes on until the weekend before valentine's day. but let's recap what happened over the past weeks. i start with a long rant, so if you wish to skip it, please click on the "continued" link below.

last week, my phone went missing. *dramatic music* here is how it went on that unfortunate day: went to college, leave bag outside classroom, enter exam, busying in the exam venue for two hours, exit classroom, check bag, noticed my phone missing, asked around and was told another coursemate's phone went missing too. WHY US? ;__;

first, the model and condition of our phones. mine: sony eri with camera and basic communication, cracked screen and missing back cover (battery is exposed). hers: nokia, black/white display and old. seriously, what kind of desperado wants our phone for? ARE YOU A SECRET ROBIN HOOD WHO WANTS TO DUMP OUR PHONES IN THE "RECYLCLE PHONE" BIN? please ask first. at least give us back the SIM card!

second, responsibility. is it the students' fault for bringing their phones to college, knowing well in advance that we are to leave ALL our belongings (which are not used for exam) whether rain or shine, outside the exam venue? or is it the college fault with poor conduct? at first you might say the students' fault but you think again - what about students who take public transport to college, one hour away from home? of course we will blame the college because as far as i know, other tertiary institutions have the student bags put aside in the exam venue, not OUTSIDE.

happy day!

you would think with a title like the above, i had had a happy day today? your guess is right - yes, i was a very happy girl today!

let's highlight what were the little things that made my day:
  • the arrival of a long-(nearly-)lost parcel to complete my Sawako costume
  • the compliments about my new clothes which i received a day ago
  • the fun lunch with my coursemates
  • and an unexpected email!

it's sem break! day 5

expectations! for those who are in the same college as i am, the gruelling exam weeks are over, and some of us are (some are not) looking forward to the exam results. what can i say about my exam? i have four subjects this semester, and i will optimistically say i can pass three of them. the first one i am pretty sure i flunked it (the momentum to study had not started yet when i was supposed to be studying).

moving on to more delightful expectations, i am waiting for a ton of parcels to come in and twice as much to send out to others in september. rough calculations came up with 3-4 shipments from DHL, 1 USPS, 1 china post, and several local ones. i will be receiving parcels from japan, america, china, and of course malaysia itself (hopefully one from singapore too). at least half of these do not belong to me, but the things that i actually bought for myself are at least half the original price. *wink*

the bizarrest of events

two nights ago i was climbing up the stairs to the first floor and it faces a window directly. that night, there was a surprisingly bright source of light from the sky outside. i walked up to the window, looked out of the window, and i thought the sun had replaced the moon - for the moon was as bright, as white and as round as ever!

the next night, or yesternight, i peeked out of the window again and i saw that the moon was a quarter percent less bright, a quarter percent more yellow, and a little less than a perfect circle. little did i know, i hope now, it could have been lady luck shining on me!

(warning: seriously long stretch of text.)

The story about yours truly, as told by yours truly.

earlier this morning, i login to my secondary hotmail and sent a long email. (sorry melc and motr, next time i'll save you much longer ones than the already novel-length email to make it up to you.) anyway, it was addressed to as many of my coursemates as possible - about me, myself, and i. (there is only two of me.)

i hereby would like to welcome all you beloved coursemates of mine, to my reality-mixed-fantasy world. (that came out so cheesy.) i hope you enjoy your stay - because its not easy to google my life with only what you know in class about me. (plus i hardly ever blog about college or my coursemates.) here are two photos of me in music class (this is only half of my entire class coz the others took chinese writing):

the so-called press release i emailed to my coursemates:

There are those who only know me as Monica, friend and assistant course rep of m1.

There are those who only know me as Monica, crap and low-life biatch.

There are a few who only think of me as using-fake-name Monica, FBI/CIA/CSI trainee at night, TARCian at day.
There are a few who only think of me as using fake-name Monica, spy undercover as a student in TARC.

And, there are a few who know me as Monica, blogger and average teen-going-on-young-adult.

The truth is that i am also known as... Akiko Wolf.
Also, w*************89 is not my real MSN address but... m***********89@hotmail.com

Why do i want to keep myself shunned?
Because (like Blanche in A Streetcar Named Desire play) i wanted to start a new life when i enter a new place - college. however, (like Blanche trying to be demure) one thing led to another, and i realised that i am who i am - i cannot change who i have becomed today, and will always be the same Monica.
Oh, also it is because i always keep to myself even when in high school (i can get two seats to myself because i dont want to sit with anybody). i did not severe ties, but i dont keep in touch with my high school friends except for several today
.

Why am i so secretive about my life?
Because its exciting to know that i may actually lead a double life! its true, (like Miley Cyrus in Hannah Montana show) i do have a double life.
First: its me as Monica - student, average, friend, part time model; basically very normal and boring.

Second: its me as Akiko - cosplayer, entrepreneur (businesswoman la), seamstress (commission by sewing), semi-artist (LOL), P.I. wannabe.

So why am i revealing my entire story now?
Because its not worth keeping something so exciting to myself! i know that when my double life is revealed, there is no more fun in it. but you know what? i have had my share of fun, and its time to let it go! also because once February holiday ends, we are in our 6th and Final semester - after this most (hopefully all) of us will be graduates - and the only way to keep in touch is to share blogs and chat on MSN? XD

So am i really a FBI/CIA/CSI (govt agent) trainee or spy?
I think i know how this idea came up - because a spy would have a double life, like i did! anyway, if i were one, did you really think i was going to tell you? (its okay, because somebody asked, i am actually very happy to hear that.) if you are worried that one of your parents hired me to spy on you, dont worry - we never bumped into each other when you went shopping, dating, hang out, clubbing, and others before, right?

So does this explain why i am late a lot, busy all the time, but somehow detached from society?
Yes, and i hope you understand too (or else i will have to tell you everything again). Monica is my primary life, Akiko is my secondary life. w*************89 is my secondary email, m***********89 is my primary email. but, i use my secondary email with my primary life, and my secondary life with my primary email. confusing? (nevermind, as long as you understand everything else.) basically, you dont see me online in MSN is because i always login to m***********89.

So is it forever i dont have FB/Friendster/etc social network profile?
Ever.

So i am a Gemini?
Duh.

101st blog post~

contrary to your expectations, this is just a very brief update about several things that had happened since AFA08, last 23nov. lets get to it quick - ive got good news and bad!

post-AFA08
the last post i scheduled for publishing was on 24 nov, and that was the 100th post which said that if you are reading it, it must mean that i am not able to update until at least wednesday. that post was referring to fatigue from travelling... unexpectedly, when i reached home, i found out the home computer was held at dad's friend's place for repairs as there were serious issues with the motherboard.

the problem has yet to be fixed, so we used a temporary cpu with our D drive installed. but it was very noisy and had no network connection. doushiyo? over the weekend, dad's friend came over to setup another temporary cpu - this time, the noiselessness was terribly silent that i had to triple check that the monitor was actually connected to the cpu. (otherwise, a monitor functioning without a cpu would definitely be haunted - and mine isnt even mac.)

the bad news
ALL my photographs were saved in E drive. C drive was reformatted (the only things we save in there are program files like photoshop and messenger, so all those are erased). D drive is in the temp cpu so that the data can be accessed for the meantime. but only the D drive is with me now.

E drive was reformatted too.

last week wednesday
mass media law midterm test was up at noon and guess what? no - how dare you guess that i had not study? as i quote xxx (the kid from my class who wanted me to get a hardrock cafe tee from singapore), theres nothing to study for law - just read and remember the formula. i did a quick read, but there wasnt enough time to read up the part for the defendant's defences. i must have wrote up a terribly poor defence for the poor defendant. also, i could have done better - if not for taking Sedition Act law book, instead of Defamation Act law book!

the good news
the same day, after i got home from law midterm test, i met up with clow who safely shipped my beloved rei and asuka figurine sets from AFA08 (since i decided it was risky to attempt taking them on the "airasia 7kg weight limit and one hand-carry only" policy).

mana tahu? my backpack certainly felt it weighed a little more than that, since motr and i had to stuff a million bits and pieces into our bags - turned out we were among the tiny percent of almost 150 passengers (per flight) who actually hand-carried ONE luggage.

coming friday
i will be having a play presentation on scenes eight and nine of "a streetcar named desire" with another five group members. as of today (press time), we will complete our filming (to produce a CD for our tutor). here is my progress:
1 - wanted to be the director as i felt that i was bossy enough to direct it.
2 - end up as female protagonist, gave director's role to the narrator.
3 - volunteered for stage manager after i decided to step down as director.
4 - unknowingly have become artistic director as i am now in charge of everything you see and hear (props, sets, costumes, makeup, background music) during our presentation coming friday.
5 - my bad boys need help with their lines. i think i'll take up voice coach too.

basically i still have a lot of control. i'll be bossy and fussy because i am able to be snobbish by claiming i have been, seen, and watched plays at KLPAC. muahahaha!

(today filming; tomorrow finishing props; friday presentation..) will blog again on saturday.

akiko: hmm, sure~ what style?
wolf: oh, it'll be a surprise okay?
akiko: its not one of your spur-of-the-moment bright ideas only-after-i-say-yes, right?
wolf: oh, no. not at all. *gets to work*

minutes of frustration and countless redo later... *akiko looks at mirror*

akiko: *stare at mirror*
wolf: *snap photo* so how do y---

akiko: WTH DID YOU DO TO MY HAIR?!

wolf: more.. sincere?

akiko: *SMILE*

crossdress!

[note: no image post]

TARC is organising OPEN DAY on 14-16 december 2007. if you happen to be free (particularly from CF) to come for a visit, do stop by at the dance room at the sports complex, next to the clubhouse cafe. that same weekend of CF is the CO-CURRICULUM DAY (which i ever so unfortunately have to attend) and all sort of sports will be having a competition among participating students. as for me, contemporary dance.

i will be the male dance partner to my petit lady in the "dance competition" on that saturday. everyone will be performing all three latin ballroom, waltz and rock'n'roll dances. last night i have found all formal pieces to my formal outfit (male counterpart, of course). the lady's covered shoes - ewww! kolot betul. too bad i cannot fit in the smallest size (39) of men's shoes that was available. i like the *shiny*. XD

also, im catching Aladdin panto at KLPAC on the week right after CF weekend, with a handful of friends. look forward to an interesting photo post around mid december! cosplay, dance, panto and all.. ^__~

Confessions of a College Girl.. III

alright, this is the last part of the three-in-one-day august blog entry: Confessions of a College Girl at the end of Semester One. yup, the previous unpublished posts left in draft mode are integrated in here too, if that's what you were hoping for.

STOP! first, an unfortunate announcement. (please re-read that line with deep expression.) first, an unfortunate announcement. i can no longer access the internet from home coz the line has been disconnected. sponsor me wi-fi or something! therefore, resulting in me adopting the college computer lab as my second home. afterall, the next time (and onwards) i will be blogging, chatting, emailing and surfing the net from the lab. D:

(of all times, it had to be at the start of the month (september) when i go college least. i have only five days of examinations this month. next semester begins on the second week of october! i dont know to cry or rejoice. seriously.)

5 august: what a moody start to the month. i was tired, exhausted, sometimes bored and emo. at least it didnt last long, before i resumed some enthusiasm and energy.

8 august: an interesting point to add is the new blogger profile search. back when i first saw the profile pages, i thought they linked one interest to another's. but they don't. yet. took them a long time to iron out the details. well, i did some clicking (interest: cosplay) and found myself with a couple local cosplayers namely eclair and lissa. if im not wrong, i should have exchanged a few words with eclair in TCC forum while no doubt lissa was the mikami teru i met at taylor's anime festival last month.

12 august: wouldnt you believe it, dad, mizuiro and i treated ourselves to pizza hut's dip-licious sausage bites with bbq-flavoured cheese dip for lunch. (stepadoo and i treated ourselves to pizza hut's dip-licious cheesy bites last month.) i was dying for some mood booster and if the pizza hut flyer said cheese is a good mood booster, it had better be. well, it did work better than chocolate. come to think of it, i haven't had chocolate waffle in a long time. (long=several weeks)

14 august: i stepped on the weighing scale and noticed i gained a little weight! but still underweight for my height. today, my first chance to be yukari - missed! i was told that from my measurement, i was "too slim" or something. i also peeked into august issue of seventeen (magazine that melc introduced to me) and read that gemini's horoscope predicts that i "will meet a guy who i want to spend time with on 18 august" to the extend that i might accidentally ignored my friends. hey, that's comiworld!

16 august: bad luck! yesterday, my college tag went missing! not only it had my student ID, it held my LRT month pass and bus tickets and timetable. lucky i had some helpful friends from class who were commuting home the same way.. and found a second but dirty copy of my class schedule (which i am thankful for being a packrat) at home. fortunately, i found the tag today - or there goes the part of my allowance (for gashapon and stuff) on train tickets.

17 august: good day. i was informed of a local modeling agency ad somewhere in campus, i dont know what to think of it so i gave them a call. (i guess if the first fashion design student who asked had chosen me to model, i'd be screaming CAROLINE!!) later, stepadoo's dad treated us at hilton hotel lobby, as he made us meet at kl sentral. i ordered chocolate mudcake (that minori was ever craving about) and sparkling water. mmm.. moar choc~!

25 august: melc called again today! ^__^ she's happily working away at starbucks - when the last time she phoned, she was filling up an application form. btw, send me some starbucks coffee chocolate, melc!

28 august: yeay~! second shot at modeling for a fashion design student, jacklyn. i survived the 5-inch heels and took a liking to it and her one-piece at the end of the presentation. also, i found out that they were being judged to select three for a national-level fashion design competition in conjunction with independence day! jacklyn's design is pending as one of two under consideration to be the third entry (two have already been taken up.)in the evening, i went for a movie with stepadoo at times square - evan almighty. then, met kenji and yori at mid valley in the same evening. yup, you read it right - times square and then mid valley. i have been to more places in one day, but kenji would probably laugh and said no way i cant top him. =_=" btw, dear yori and kenji, you have no reason to fear my hairdo - i was modeling for jacklyn (refer photo above).

29 august: cooking monster. i dont get it, i could cook well when i had 'home econ' aka kemahiran hidup classes in lower secondary school. but now i can only go as far as appetizers/snacks without ruining it (i make yummy pizza bites XP). i dont know what to say to dear guru, kenji, about the cod/dory and potato croquettes, and fusili pasta. after lunch, i dont really have an appetite to eat like i did for the past month. for example, i skipped supper even if i woke up (or rather, was awaken by a phone call) past midnight with a grumbling stomach. hear me: i still wont give up cooking!

31 august: aw great. guess what? it was fine a couple of days ago. but yesterday, i noticed that i couldnt make any phone calls from "my office phone" aka the-phone-that-nobody-uses-other-than-internet-purpose-so-it-is-my-private-line. goodbye, internet. cheers. here's to me taking full-fledged advantage of the college computer lab. instead of spreading the word (online messenger aka chatting) on malaysia's 50th independence day, i watched fireworks at midnight yesterday from the high-ground split-level playground near home, with several of mizuiro's classmates too. ironically, there goes my internet independence - day 2.

Confessions of a College Girl.. II

before i move on to the actual blog post, let me upload these photos that were meant to be released in mid august.

these are my ultra dear harry potter novels coz i dont have any books more expensive than them!

the goose feather pen. my friend received the peacock feather pen and it was almost one metre long. *envy*

group photo! my beloved haruhi gashapon set I & II.

this is asakura ryoko, version: with knife.

presenting.. haruhi, version: white bunny! (i want the one with black stokings though! black/red bunny.)

XD dont ask me why do i spend money and time on these stars. i wish i knew what were the adults giggling about when they heard about me and my stars. count: 500+

i took the liberty to shoot from the cafeteria at college coz i had the camera to take a group photo as required in one of my assignments.

comiworld at cineleisure damansara on 18-19 august 2007! day 2: gundam boxes from haruhi's yellow director's 'cone' sneaky view. XD

model me!

how interesting---my second chance to step into yukari/caroline's (paradise kiss) shoes! almost literally too.. i am expected to step into a five-inch heels, walk in it and not topple over like miss campbell on the legendary 21-inch heels!

okay, rewind. weeks ago, the fashion design students started to look for people, namely students who studies in the same college, to model their design. a coursemate of mine has a sister in fashion design who was looking for a model, so she recommended me. however i didn't make the cut because.. err, height was not the only thing she was looking for.

now i don't have to curse my measurements (no, i did not in the first place) as that's how i got my second chance. a model (my other coursemate) could not fit in jacklyn's design right after she (almost) finished the piece so she looked for me today. and my cellphone was dead! phew, what a close call. (pun not intended.) she found me in the canteen during lunch and connected me to jacklyn. i finished my lunch and went to try her design and it was a fit! (pun not intended.)

gotta go get a pair of black stockings and black nails done. i haven't had so much to do since my last assignment!

rude awakening...

now, is it still possible that my blood type is A (i can be only either A or O) if i was suddenly awaken from my sleep twice under three hours apart of one another and not rant angrily after? i must be O. stepadoo is currently disappointed that she is an O, not A, and not able to donate blood for being underage. this morning mizuiro broke my deep slumber (and i slept late last night!) at 7am to ask me save a softcopy of the school magazine cover i designed. i went back to bed groggily after that. then, dad came bringing time back into my sleep, saying it was 9am and that i'm still not ready to go. i told my class begins at 11am...

english: my favourite subject. another rude awakening is how different the level of english teachers from one another can be, in malaysia. back at school i have never met a "bad english" teacher, not once. (okay, if there were i did not register them on my memory.) here, college level, i expected the same. afterall, english will forever be english. but. but, this unusually bold woman who is lecturing my class for english is below par, in my opinion. correct me if i'm wrong, but i disagree on what kind of english she's trying to drill into our heads:

- honest: she pronounced it "ho-nest". no, it wasn't a slip of tongue, she repeated it again, the same way. i asked, since it was a silent H, shouldn't it be "o-nest"? she agreed see, watch this and said most, if not all, H are silent so it is pronounced honest ("ho-nest" again).

- a flock of birds: wrong, she said. read below.

- a school of fish: wrong. she said these were wrong because they were intended to be used for specific things while "birds" and "fish" are general terms. a student checked a dictionary and said it suggested that the aforementioned were correct. woman said: usually not accepted; "what dictionary is that?" "oxford.."; i'll see to it with my seniors.

- silhouette: it is pronounced "sil-hoot".

- avert: means to focus your sight on something.

- ridiculously: she accepted common definitions such as silly or foolish, i agree. then, i suggested 'preposterous' but she said "that is too detailed". i dont know what that means but clearly, she did not know the meaning of preposterous. therefore she did not accept the answer to avoid making a mistake. oh, what a mistake.

- absorb: to suck. (this is a vocabulary question in a comprehension exercise. again, she said the meaning should be according to the passage. i suggested "to occupy the full attention, interest, or time of; engross" from thefreedictionary.com but "your answer is not acceptable". and the passage sentence went, "..to absorb the day's lessons.")

- 'these documents is..': this is a mistake i found in the workbook ('is' supposed to be 'are') but she defended it like it was her best friend or something. she even made up a story to prove it.

- positive and negative sentences: active and passive sentences, she said. ZOMGWTFLMAOLOLBBQ. then she gave inverted sentences (ayat sonsang) as examples to show "positive" and "negative".

as if its not pleasing enough to know that i will be stuck with her until the end of my semester in september, she is marking my english paper! god, bless me.

the longest week...

aahhh...!! its been such a long continously straining week, last week. particularly the weekend. the college talentime nite committee seem to have brought in local artistes to promote their event. (talentime/TT nite is arranged for freshies every year.) a karen kong (who they proudly announced that she was a winner of the TT nite a few years back) and a serene (who will be guest star on TT nite) came last wednesday and thursday respectively to promote their albums. i have one ticket to watch TT nite, and could be getting one more if anyone wants to accompany me on the 1st july.

coming 15th july is the orientation odyssey/OO nite, and yesterday the OO committe brought in vick, the second runner-up in the first season of malaysian idol who was obviously here to promote his album as well. i'll be redeeming one ticket for this event, and a second ticket if someone shall want to be watching the pageant too.

saturday... speaking of promotion, i shall promote an upcoming anime event at taylor's uni college this coming saturday, 30th june. minori and i attended a pre-meeting at taylor's for the anime fest 2007 which i wouldn't say would kill you if you plan to participate in any contests but did not attend. the thing is, (i don't know to say its good or bad but) when i walked into the multi-purpose hall/MPH, i realised that the stage was just too spacious for the individual cosplay.. which means i may pull out from the cosplay contest afterall. plus, there were no more than seven cosplayers registered for the competition anyway.

sunday...
the most draining day of the week! not only i had been fast asleep the moment my head touches the pillow every weekday, it extended to the weekend also! i slept late last night to make final arrangements with melc and kenji about sunday. so first things first, mum dropped kenji and i at melc's place around 10am. when we arrived some of melc's relatives were there too. i received a gold fountain pen while melc a black fountain pen from kenji. it had our names engraved on the cap and on the body too! i managed to finish and gave melc a personalised rhinestone- and metal-studded beret coz it would be Totally uncomfortable to wear a hand-studded t-shirt as i have one myself. i pray it got past the metal detector or whatever else the customs counter have nowadays.

that reminds me, i had an SMS chat with melc about it three months ago (melc asked if i wanted to have anything from her nail polish collection):

me: no way! dun tell me u r not taking the nail polishes? if i took them, i'd cry my eyes out evry time i use one. so pls gv me one :')
melc: lol! i'm not allowed to bring them along to the states. the custom officer will take it away.
me: oh man.. but its less than 100ml..
melc: yea, but they tightened the security already after the september eleven attack. =(
me: those damned terrorists.. now u cant take a sample sweat of ur crush, ur fav toothpaste, quality vaseline or lipbalm. lets hope its not underwear next.
melc: LOL! headlines: Red Underwear Smugglers Been Caught!
me: rofl.. u break my heart mel. i tot u were goodie 2 shoes.
melc: lol! i never said i was the smuggler. i don't have a red underwear. XD

melc, i hope you dont mind me posting the exact SMS we exchanged that day.. i kept a lot of SMSes in my phone that i often get "no space for new messages".. make that everyday of late. anyway, where did i stop? oh yes. we all left the house in two cars since there were six humongous luggages melc and alvin had packed. melc, kenji and i sat in one with her parents while another was filled with the other half of her family who was going to KLIA. of the two who brought a camera each to capture the moment, kenji was the one more rajin than i. >_<

at one o'clock, we were scruntinising the photos of me in langkawi (since they weren't deleted off the memory). by two o'clock, melc already boarded her flight with alvin. she was headed to taiwan for the connection flight straight to san francisco. around 8pm, i sent her an SMS but no reply.. (melc, i thought five hours later you would have arrived at taiwan?)

the insane thing was, i didn't go home after sending melc off. neither did kenji. melc's parents kindly dropped us at the nearest LRT station and off we went. we split at i-forgot-what-station as he has several more meetings for the day while i headed to my advertising group's apartment near campus to discuss our assignment. tired!!! by the end of the day, i couldn't think of anything worse than having to wake up more or less than six hours later for monday.

dame dame nodame...

nodame! i'm beginning to follow a little of her habits.. and the past two days, i committed one. since i get home so late lately, i had to skip washing my hair or else i'd sleep with wet hair (baaad). today i had a long shower and had my hair washed. minus the presence of chiaki...

oh yes. why was i late? yesterday, the ELS first meeting (of the semester) ends at 8pm, but i got home at 10pm.. =_= i had early dinner of mixed rice in the canteen and a chocolate doughnut (refreshment at the meeting). on the way home, i had A&W nuggets and root beer float (supper you may say). if i wanted to, i wouldn't even bother to bathe last night (another nodame habit) since i really needed the sleep. but hygiene is hygiene. my face needs that scrub.

btw, somehow my eyes have opened to new views.. whenever without the camera (for the past week now) i see so many frames of scenes and sceneries i want to capture and regret not having one with me everyday. so yeah, i really missed all those shots coz i was thinking that when i do carry the camera there won't be any picturesque frames, and when i don't it would be otherwise. should i carry one tomorrow? (i wish i had night photographs from and in the campus.. KLCC looked so majestic while the campus looked three aesthetic level up!)

today, i got home at 8.30pm but lecture ended at 6pm. stepadoo and i took the public bus to the putra lrt station, but not without unwanted time-wasting. first, we had to wait half an hour to get the bus. then, we had to waste another half hour coz the bus took us on a joyride and made a big round before coming back to the college to pick up more students who are going to the station! after that only we began our journey to the starting point of our trip home (the train).

my menu today: cupcakes (breakfast), chocolate-filling waffle and ayamas drumstick (lunch), keropok lekor (tea snack), various fried with rice (dinner). i wonder if i left out anything. envy yet? i eat so much but i dont gain that much weight. i am underweight in the first place anyway. melc, this is the menu i suggest you have every day until the 24th of june! we're both suitable for the diet cough *underweight* cough and you are gonna miss the scrumptious malaysian food when you are overseas. mmm, i wonder what's for supper tonight? btw, there's rice wine in the brewing/fermenting process right here in my home now. it'll take a week before its done...
